Why would anyone put a rating (5-star or otherwise) on a program they've never used? Why would you even ask someone to? That's dishonest. And why would you post this on the Rails list when it doesn't seem to have anything to do with Rails? Your time would be better spent soliciting honest votes from your active user base.
