Hey - you could also use:

rake rails:freeze:gems
rake doc:rails

This will unpack rails to vendor/ and then build the entire API
documentation in your /doc directory. I've used this in the past when
I was away from an internet connection.

To see the docs for any plugins you're using, use rake doc:plugins
