I want to use a basic web cam, to monitor certain sites, kind of surveillance camera system. >Do you want to capture frames or a video stream? I want to capture a video stream in moderate quality. >Do you need the stream to just be live, if so use an existing service >like justin.tv and embed the cam in the page. I cannot use any public systems due to the security issues.
