Well, as far as I know Flash won't print. I would guess that Open Flash Chart has a way to ask for a "rendered" version of the chart (rendered as an image JPEG, PNG or GIF). I'm sure that Fusion Charts has a way to do this. I don't know if Open Flash Chart does, but that's what you need to investigate.
