It's actually something in between. The moment at which the e-mail
leaves our machine is important to me. After that we will have to
accept that it might get caught up somewhere. At least, I think we
will... If the remote machine queues it up, we don't know what
happens, we're not sure how the remote machine handles messages that
were delayed by its own infrastructure. But I will have to do some
trial and error there.
