This isn't super helpful, but I saw someone with a similar problem -- but it was throwing an error a couple of weeks ago.
Memory is there was a change in ActionMailer or TMail or something like that. I'd check the commit logs in those areas and see if you see it. Or maybe it was a lighthouse bug report... Good luck!
