find(:all, ...) returns an array.
find(:first, ...), or equivalently, find_manufacturer(some_id) returns
a single item.
try:
@manufacturers = Manufacturer.find(:all, :conditions => {:id => params[:id]})
@manufacturers[0].show_manufacturer_details.
