Think you have not configured mailer settings in your environment.rb or
in the initializers create a mail.rb file and add the following .
ActionMailer::Base.delivery_method = :smtp
ActionMailer::Base.smtp_settings = {
:address => "mail.your-domain.com",
:port => 26,
:domain => "www.your-domain.com",
:authentication => :login,
:user_name => "your_user_name",
:password => "your_password"
}
