Hello, We are an entertainment company in the Middle-East. We would like to start a web application based on Ruby on Rails technology. The web application should enforce web 2.0 concepts and looks somehow like Youtube.com in terms of recommendation, tagging and Taxonomy.
We need the web application to have user friendly graphics on the homepage with many videos using Ajax. When a user clicks on a certain video, it shows the video details with well correlated recommendation videos. Videos will have comments, ratings, sharing. Registered users also can upload videos of their own and videos will be post moderated with a reporting system. Regards,
