Hi, I am looking for Ruby on Rails coder to help me with a small project, and because I represent a company, I am able to pay.
Now, what I'm wondering is, how can I effectively communicate my ideas to the developer? I know a bit of RoR myself, but I believe that communicating ideas over the Internet can be a little difficult. What do I need to prepare before outsourcing my work online? Also, how much do RoR coders charge per hour in general? Can you guys give me examples of project and how much would you charge for it? Lastly, if possible, I might want to hire programmers from this forum. Preferably one who has contributed a lot to this community. Please PM me if you're interested. -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Talk" group.
