The idd value will be available in answers#new as params[:idd]. I suggest that you have a look at the rails guides at http://guides.rubyonrails.org/ Start with Getting Started, work through it making sure that you fully understand. Then move on to the other guides. Particularly ActiveRecord Associations and also Debugging. Then you should be able to answer basic questions yourself. Good luck.
