so I have these files in one place: /usr/include/pgsql/internal/libpq-int.h /usr/include/pgsql/server/libpq/libpq-be.h /usr/include/pgsql/server/libpq/libpq.h /usr/include/pgsql/server/libpq/libpq-fs.h
