How can I convert the next line in Rails 2.3.4 to Rails 2.0.2?
config.gem 'panztel-actionwebservice', :lib => 'actionwebservice'
I have this in my environment.rb file:

I'm doing a web service, pero I need to do it with RAILS_GEM_VERSION =
