i am using roles in my project for admin and author and so on...
This is my code

ROLES = %w[admin moderator author]
def roles=(roles)
self.roles_mask = (roles & ROLES).map { |r|
2**ROLES.index(r) }.sum
end
def roles
ROLES.reject { |r| ((roles_mask || 0) & 2**ROLES.index(r)).zero? }
end
def role?(role)
roles.include? role.to_s
end
end

But if somebody wants to sign in he can choose between admin,
moderator, author by himself. He has to be automatically author.
Is there a way to fix that problem?
