I saw a demo of VisualStudio's support for TDD for C++ (or C#, I can't recall which) this past weekend and was impressed. Anybody know of an editor or IDE for Linux (Ubuntu specifically) or Windows that has built-in support for TDD for either Ruby or Rails?
