We tried to migrate our app to rails 3/ruby 1.9.2 and now have huge problems with the initialization time of the rails instances.
After a touch tmp/restart our passenger 2.2.4 needs several minutes(!!) to boot up 20 instances and to serve the first requests. We didn't had that problem in rails 2. I would love to find out what is taking so long, but I don't have any clue on where to look for it. How do I debug this?
