My purpose is to create a table where there is a TR for every date, and then list items for that date. Instead of having a cell in every row repeating the same date. Also, the table is supposed to have more columns, the following example is simpler. Like this... ------------------------------------------------ Oct 11 ------------------------------------------------ Lunch with Susie | Applebee's Concert | At the arena ------------------------------------------------ Oct 12 ------------------------------------------------ Linux server consultation | Office Complex Dentist's app | Clinic How I Met Your Mother | at the couch ------------------------------------------------ The way I have it now would be Oct 11, 2010 | Lunch with Susie | Applebee's Oct 11, 2010 | Concert | At the arena Oct 12, 2010 | Linux server consultation | Office Complex Oct 12, 2010 | Dentist's app | Clinic Oct 12, 2010 | How I Met Your Mother | at the couch ------------------------------------------------ -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Talk" group.
