Wrong.  :'Role Name: ' is perfectly legitimate syntax -- it's the way 
you type symbol literals that contain characters that aren't allowed in 
Ruby identifiers.  The meaning is more or less the same as 'Role Name: 
'.to_sym .

It's probably not what the OP *wanted*, though. :)
