Hey, it's nice that you replied :)
Well I am quite happy with my work at the moment. I just calculated your salary and got a little excited ;) I think you know the feeling when you in the professional jobs for 1-2 years, and you want more ;) Anyway, do you accept some references? I might be willing to provide some (graduate students), if you want to. The salary they are willing to work for is maybe $8 per hour. A little more if they have to move to a different country (outside Lithuania, LT). I do not promise anything, but I could filter out some of the best candidates if you wish (to my knowledge, for instance I got the one employee for Assembla who is a friend of mine a a former faculty-mate and a few weeks ago he got a salary raise) :) So anyway if you do need some (pretty much) rookie candidates for RoR positions, feel free to contact me, preferably with concrete requirements. Then I can possible "forward" a few people your way :) Thank you! 2010/11/23 Michael Pavling <[email protected]> > On 22 November 2010 16:39, Gintautas Šimkus <[email protected]> wrote: > > Do you mean you are paying up to nearly 10 000 pounds for a month? > > Most places assume you're going to work five days a week, so that > works out at a shade over £6K a month.
