nicolas, It depends on what environment you are looking for. Stand alone or scalable cloud environment. I use Webappcabaret Cloud (www.webappcabaret.com). I just uploaded my RAILS app and I was up and running in a few minutes. They support both RAILS 2.x and 3. Another neat thing about the service is the pay-as-you-grow architecture. Where your app can just be deployed to additional nodes as needed.
