This should be an easy one: where does 'bundle install' store
executables, e.g. rspec and annotate?

I ask because, in my case, the executables are getting written to:

  ${DEVROOT}/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/bin/

rather than (what I'd expect):

  ${DEVROOT}/usr/bin/

(In my case, DEVROOT is a sandboxed directory tree for Ruby 1.9.1 /
Rails 3.0. Everything else about it appears to work properly.)

In the interim, I can add {DEVROOT}/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/bin/ to my
path, but is that the approved technique?

TIA.
