I want it to output this, for example and all the <area shape> stuff
will be passed to the tag helper as inner html:

<area shape="rect" coords="230,678,309,719" href="http://
www.aolartists.com/" alt="AOL">
<area shape="rect" coords="321,720,356,754" href="http://
www.saksfifthavenue.com" alt="Saks Fifth Avenue ">
</map>
