You could save you're self a lot of hassle and just hire a worker in the
U.S. where you will be able to enforce the NDA and NCA. This route saves you
an extremely cumbersome process of trying to constantly hide all your code.
If you find someone in your own area/time zone it becomes easier to
coordinate with them on code check-ins. The cost difference is well worth it
for the sleep at night you will gain because your fears will be at ease.
