You should see the stuff I don't let through - at least this one is actually about rails, obvious minus points for absolutely zero information. A few years ago the subject came up and the overall consensus was that people did want job ads. Since then i've been fairly liberal in what I accept as long as it is at least a rails position. I'm happy to tighten the noose if that's what people want.
