Join a fast moving team in the development of next generation web products 
that marry rich analytics with a secure, standards based, high performing end 
user experience. The Role Key participant throughout the entire SDLC. You are 
an experienced web centric developer and will collaborate with architects, 
designers, and other web engineers. You are an expert in all aspects of web 
programming and demonstrate a history of on-time delivery, excellent 
communication, work autonomously, take ownership of initiatives, and have a 
positive take charge get-it-done attitude.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or 
related field.
- Central in the development of 3+ consumer facing, high traffic production 
web systems. 
- Expert Ruby on Rails web application development experience. Extensive 
experience with another Object Oriented language required. 
- Applies OOD and Design Patterns to software design & problem solving.
- MVC & Persistence Framework development experience.
- Practices TDD with a deep knowledge of testing Ruby applications. 
- Experience with Memcached, Redis, and other key-value stores. 
- Tackled clustering/caching, multi-threading and thread safety issues
- RDBMS experience including schema design and content modeling. 
- Strong command of database modeling/design, web standards and best practices.
- Javascript programming with emphasis on jquery. 
- Worked in a fast paced environment with continuous integration, 
unit/integration/load/performance testing.
