I'm going through the 4th edition of _Agile Web Development With Rails_. I tried to deploy my depot app on createadistro.com (hosted by RS Hosting) but couldn't figure out how to do so. I have been directed to deploying on Heroku first, but I'm stuck.
I'm following the instructions on http://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/quickstart . Everything is OK until it's time to push my application onto Heroku. My Heroku push is rejected, because no Rails or Rack app is detected. The output is: The authenticity of host 'heroku.com (50.19.85.156)' can't be established.
