The rule overlap report is usually delayed a bit after the overall masscheck results are published on the ruleqa website, but it doesn't appear to be available back at least as far as 8/22, (one is also not available for the last update published on 8/23).
Kevin, I suppose it's possible that the changes that have been made to the masscheck system may have broken this. This may even be related to the rsync permissions problem...?
