Thanks for testing this. These permissions on the server are just crap.
Unraveling what they did and why is difficult when it's an anathema to me to
use chmod 777 to fix things.
For the time being, I've changed the ownership to the rsync user which works
from my testing.
Retrying.
Additionally, you are putting your ham mbox file in the root and NOT in the
ham subdir for your rsync.
Uh. Dang. THanks for catching that.
