Thanks to Darxus for opening bug 6071.
Basically, our masscheckers our dropped and I don't know why or who. I
want to add some numbers to the cron output, etc. so I can tell where
the issue might be. Otherwise, I don't currently believe there is a
problem in the masscheck/ruleqa/etc. system.
