When this occurred before, the svn server had an infra/maintenance
problem that caused checkouts to fail so the dir didn't exist because
of this command:

/home/corpus-rsync/tagged_builds/nightly_mass_check

/home/corpus-rsync/tagged_builds/nightly_mass_check
svn: No such revision 1715127
Recreated nightly_mass_check dir and chowned to release.release

also note that the same export worked when I did it manually: Exported
