Correction: use -D instead of -P to active the profiles. So, to run the full build, use -Dfull: mvn -DskipTests -Dfull clean install
This is because the default and full builds need to also active the notSoaProfile and -D's are flexible enough to do that, while -P's are not. Also, the soa profile has now been cleaned up.
