I see your point :) The JARs are on Nexus: https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/index.html#nexus-search;quick~org.droolsso I have to assume they are still to be replicated to Maven Central.
The same release process is followed for all releases so I have to reason to suspect the JARs will not become available on Maven Central. I will make a note to check tomorrow and if they are not present investigate further.
