As part of the release procedure, we're now updating the "latest" and
"latestFinal" URL's.
* http://download.jboss.org/drools/release/latest/
* http://download.jboss.org/drools/release/latestFinal/
* http://docs.jboss.org/drools/release/latest/
* http://docs.jboss.org/drools/release/latestFinal/
This is handy if you want to link the download or documentation manual
on the internet
and 2 years down the line you still want to link to the latest and greatest.
latest = latest release (beta/CR/Final)
latestFinal = latest stable release (Final) - sometimes the same as latest
