If rules are part of a ruleflow-group, they are only considered if that
ruleflow-group is active. You can activate the ruleflow-group by using it in
a ruleflow, but you can also manually activate ruleflow-groups:
workingMemory.getAgenda().activateRuleFlowGroup(String name)

Is this possible? I am trying to test individual rules but many/all have
ruleflow-groups assigned. Without using a flow they are not being even
