Foundations are there. Look at the javadoc for:
RuleBaseConfiguration.setMultithreadEvaluation()
RuleBaseConfiguration.setMaxThreads()
Consider it an early access version though, since I still want to add
more tests and make sure everything is round and ready to go into final.
