I am also experiencing this problem. It seems that currently you cannot create instance of a complex structure in Guvnor test scenario. That is a show stopper for me because business users are not able to validate their changes in test scenarios. :-( Is it possible to achieve this by manual edit of the scenario XML file? I unsuccessfully searched for the scenario schema in the sources but I am not experienced in GWT.
