You've got a problem. Probably with what your rules are trying to do, possibly with the design of your fact class. Use a process of elimination to work out which rule is the problem and construct the simplest example you can which causes this problem. Then try working out if there is anything in that rule that would cause it to have problems. If this fails then show us the rule and fact c;ass so that there is a chance we can come up with a solution rather than guessing what you may have done.
