inserting events into an event stream within RHS.
The pseudo-clock is obtainable / adjustable via the implicit "drools"
object:
SessionPseudoClock c = (SessionPseudoClock)
drools.getWorkingMemory().getSessionClock();
c.advanceTime(5000, TimeUnit.MILLISECONDS);
