You can sneak in any rule attribute by using Queries or Functions as the keyword and by providing the full text of the rule attribute in the next cell.
This would then apply to all rules derived from all following Rule Tables, or until changed by another entry. I don't think adding "dialect" as another keyword for RuleTables makes any sense: notice that code snippets are provided in the header, and changing or setting the dialect for each rule individually isn't going to work.
