OP's posts were entered at Nabble, which has a highly annoying habit
of showing this "not accedted" message. Moreover, replies on Nabble
pop up on rules-users even before the primary question appears there.
No wonder users are mystified.
Yea, the nabble "not accepted" message is a PITA, but I haven't seen a
good way of fixing it. Proposals on how to fix it are welcome :)
