It depends on what kind of rule it is. If it's a 'technical' (DRL) rule, then you just add "no-loop" after the rule name.
If it's a web based decision table, then it's on the "attributes" tab for that table. As Rich mentioned, it's much easier for us to help if you post the rule/code.
