Something going wrong here, since the web.xml doesn't have the
TOMCAT-JEE-SECURITY bits. Could be that there is a problem with our
release build.
Before release I tested the war with Tomcat and back then the web.xml
had TOMCAT-JEE-SECURITY bits in it.
