This is mostly historic / specific to rump kernels as used in NetBSD.
The "historic" part is not accurate in the sense that info there should
be up-to-date. But, yes, it contains bits which apply only to using
rump kernels on NetBSD. That's not to say that they aren't interesting
bits, just not relevant for people who do not run/develop NetBSD.

There's also a third one, a page on wikipedia. It needs a bit of love.
I wouldn't personally sign off on the, hmm, succinctness of the
content. That is not to say that contributors haven't been doing a good
job, just that the essence of what's important hasn't been distilled out
yet.
