That'll be sigaction now using STUB_ERRNO() and returning -1, presumably
due to Antti trying to find a fix for the times() problem and fixing the
old STUB() in the process.
This is a problem on our side, give us a bit to fix it.

I restored the "broken" stubs to "fix" that. (It got pushed a bit by
accident anyway, since that part of the fix already happened to be in
the tree and then I got sidetracked and pushed something else).
Is there anything besides times() (i.e. getrusage) and sigaction() that
is a known troublemaker if the stubs return the "correct" value?
