What do you mean unscientific? Science is increasing understanding through repeatable experiments. You've performed an experiment *which is repeatable by anyone* and increased our understanding. That's *more scientific* than what 95% of the so-called scientific academia papers and their closed source totally unrepeatable rubbish can claim. It's not science if someone says "I present this nice-looking graph and you'll just have to trust me on how I obtained the data". It's not that I think anyone purposefully falsifies numbers, it's just that:
