src-netbsd updated

Hi,

I (finally) updated the timestamp for the src-netbsd mirror on 
repo.rumpkernel.org.  It seems like moving to zero local patches over 
upstream had the opposite effect than desired.  The plan was to make 
updating src-netbsd very easy.  Instead, it became too easy to do 
development against manually obtained latest NetBSD sources, so updating 
the src-netbsd mirror became less of an issue ... :/

Anyhoooo, if you notice any buggies, submit appropriate pull requests 
ASAP.  The total diff for the update was ~20MB, so I didn't carefully 
read through all of it.
