What about TravisCI and build matrix? Only drawback I can think of in that case would be need for Dockerfile per package directory. I can try setting that up over the weekend if that sounds acceptable.
If not, I can give you access to LXC container on one of my servers and help you out with Jenkins setup. Let me know your thoughts.
