It was "interesting" to read reviewer summaries of double-blinded rump
kernel papers as being something done for Linux. May your reviewers
have more ability read and less ability to imagine. Good luck in either

We're going to clean up the code for a while, and we'll keep our eyes out
for the additional rumpuser calls and other hooks we added.
If you have suggestions for changes to the rumpuser core interface (i.e.
not "I/O hypercalls"), you should document them here:

I'm not sure if there will ever be a revision 18, but if it's going to
happen, noting things there will improve the chances of your suggestions
being applied.
