It's more or less unchanged over the original (for now).  As a bonus, 
the pdf hyperlinks work; the original pdf was run through too many 
postprocessing systems for the links to survive.

I do intend to maintain some sort of editorial control over the 
document, so as to ensure the book remains consistent.  If someone is 
planning to contribute material, please contact me.

I'll change the license to CC Attribution-NoDerivs (which should be 
equivalent to the license in the original) once there's something new 
worth distributing.
