Hmm, well, my first intuition would be to link them from the repo wiki 
pages where said man pages are relevant.  But some are probably too 
generic and don't give a "good fit".  I'd say "Info: Reference manuals". 
  Manuals are not really howto's, after all.

I prefer linking to the non-redirected man.NetBSD.org url.  It's a bit 
more work typing it out, since you can't just copypaste it from the 
address bar of the browser, but if some unforeseeable day Kimmo gives up 
running netbsd.gw.com, all of the links won't be broken.

For the same'ish reason, I try to link to rumpkernel.org/x instead of 
github.com/foo/x -- we'll have an easier time if we want to switch 
hosting services some day.
